Melbourne, Let’s Talk About the Future: Submissions

The Minister for Planning has released a Discussion Paper prepared to prompt debate around the challenges and ideas for Melbourne’s future.  We would like to hear what you think of the ideas presented in the paper and what other ideas you may have on planning for Melbourne and Victoria. Your involvement will be essential in developing the final Strategy. This submission form has been designed to capture your feedback through some high level questions around what we want to achieve, what needs to change and how to make it happen.  You can provide further comments by uploading supporting documents or a more detailed submission in the “Any Other Feedback” section at the end of this form.

Comments are requested by 5.00 p.m. on Friday 1 March 2013.

Instructions

When you open the online comment form you will be asked to do the following:

Step 1. Privacy and copyright statement

Fill in the privacy and copyright statement. Read the privacy and copyright statement and select the appropriate options. Filling in this section is mandatory. If you do not fill in this section you will not be able to submit your comments.

Step 2. Contact details

Provide your contact details. Some fields are mandatory. If you do not fill in the mandatory fields you will not be able to submit your comments.

Step 3. Making comment

• Your comments can be made in the comment boxes provided and/or by uploading a Word or PDF attachment. Each comment box has a character limit of 3000 characters - approximately one A4 page of standard text.
• While line breaks will not be visible to you in preview mode and in the acknowledgement email you receive when you submit your form, they will be visible to us.
• You may enter text into the form directly or paste it into the form fields from another document.

• IMPORTANT NOTE  You must complete and submit the submission form in one session. You cannot return to the form by bookmarking or saving a copy of the form page.

Step 4. Preview your comments and submit

• When you have completed your comments, you will be able to preview them before submitting.
• When you complete and submit your comments they will be saved to our system and you will receive an email acknowledgment which will include your comments and any attachment.
