MRRA has been advised that consultation is occurring on draft residential subdivision provisions to update ResCode’s Clause 56 from 5 September to 11 November 2005.  You can find out more by visiting DSE’s website http://www.dse.vic.gov.au/  and go to Planning.  Draft proposals and practice notes can be downloaded from the site.
