Well, here it is! This is your chance to have your say. Keep in mind, though, that this review isn't necessarily about what has worked for you personally (and hasn't) or matters that relate to the local section of planning schemes. It's a truly broad look at the whole system, so if you think something could be improved at that level then go for it.
